About the project: ECO friendly computing solutions company looking for a very creative web designer / web developer to complete creative, unique and modern website with the Green/ECO friendly theme.

Skills needed:

• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Excellent HTML , CSS, Wordpress, PHP knowledge
• Excellent Flash knowledge
• Creative, Creative, Creative
• Must have an impressive portfolio
• The website will incorporate some features such as Flash calculators and Javascript, which will need to be designed

Pay Rate: Approx. 1,000.00 depending on proven skills and experience

That sounds like a whole lot for 1000. Maybe try a site that caters to outsourcing in low pay countries and I am sure you will have a higher chance,

I agree that’s way too less and too much expectation.

I have to agree with the others, the pay is far too low.

An average theme here at theme forest listed for $32 only needs to sell around 63 copies to break $1,000 for the author.

Also, assuming that it would take 2 weeks (8 hours a day) to create a custom site, that breaks down to $12.50 an hour… which I believe is lower that the minimum wage in the OP’s country (Australia).

I am looking for a designer to use a Wordpress template off this website. I do not want a custom built website. If you are not interested in taking up the project and earning the money on offer, please go hijack another thread.
