Paid reviews from TF reviewers or something like that?

Hi, speaking as owner of a soft rejected then “hard” rejected item’s owner and having no idea of what to fix, I would like to open discussion of paying for getting “what to fix, detailed” reviews. Sure there are sites for getting reviews from experts but it would be nicer if a service like that would be offered here and the payment can be charged after the item gets approved. I know once your eyes get sharper it’s easier to see issues in your design, but it can work for both authors and reviewers, for items are close to be approved. Ideas, gentlemen?
