Just noticed that there has been a PV3D Book released 
Having Read Ralph’s Blog Post and looked at the examples that he links to it looks pretty damn thorough!
13 Chapters covering all sorts of aspects of PV3D from Lines to Models to how the Z sorting works, the end of Chapter 8 is page 270 so its a good thick book to add alongside the livedocs for your bedtime reading 
Looks pretty sweet, AND to top the cherry… free postage to the UK, get in my son

Wow! I just read the sample chapter and this looks awesome. I’ve been dying for someone to come out with an authoritative guide. Searching through the mounds of tuts using older versions has been making me crazy!
