Exact same problem here. Out of my 3 total accounts (1 my own, 2 shared) it happened on two accounts.

Withdrawal was setup, and received an email confirmation. But then once the 31st rolled over, my scheduled withdrawal went down to $0 and all the money was still in my account.

Definitely a bug. I filled out a support ticket as well.

Yes and it was fine with my other account as well. And even on the one shared account there was one fine withdrawal and one that failed.

There’s obviously some factor that makes it fail, as it will not happen to everyone. I’ve had about 50% success and 50% failed between all my withdrawals. All done the exact same way. There is most definitely an issue going on.

@rabidcarrot great thanks but the issue is solved particularly for me.

First time I did request my money 31 october but as many others it says $0 and its locked so that’s why I did try to withdraw again and now I will receive the money only December 1 but not December 15 which is better of course.

Can you help withdrawals to be processed on November 15, 2013 but not December 1 as first time I did request my money 31 october?

omg … not pigeons again … staff, please help him ASAP!

Thank goodness… although last time I waited a month for payment I received a signed letter from Carmen and a box of TimTams.. so it was a bitter sweet experience – pigeons are safe for now :D thanks for resolving the issue staff!
