Unfortunately you can’t, unless you have that same card linked to your Paypal or Moneybookers.

I don’t know Envato well enough to be able to answer this question fully, but I just wanted to point out that, as long as you have funds on your Payoneer card, you can use it anywhere that MasterCard is accepted, so if Envato lets you purchase the birthday bundle with a MasterCard, your Payoneer card should work (as long as you have funds on it, of course).
