Hi all, I’m writing this here hoping I have a better chance at getting an answer, as I know Payoneer stuff monitors the forums. I already contacted support using the form on Payoneer’s website and I got an email acknowledging my inquiry, but that was six days ago and I haven’t heard anything else.
On Dec 2, I withdrew some money from my prepaid debit card to my local bank account. On Dec 4 I got the email telling me that the withdrawal has been processed and funds were transferred, but it’s been almost 20 days and they still haven’t showed up on my bank account.
I’ve had this issue with this new service the past couple of months, but it never took this long. I had to wait between 8-14 days on October and November, which is already way too long—it’s stated transfers shouldn’t take more than 2-3 business days—but now it’s close to three weeks.
I’m not sure what the problem is, if the issue lays with Payoneer or the local bank system, but this particular service is quite unreliable as it is right now, otherwise I’m really happy with Payoneer so far. It’s a guessing game, trying to figure out when the funds will be available.

I’d appreciate a prompt reply from Payoneer stuff.
I think it’s up to yours Bank, as i know bank can keep transaction up to 3 working days.

I’m sorry to “hijack” this thread, but I have a related question to Nissim: is it now possible to use the Payoneer debit card and also withdraw money from it to a local bank account? Last time I read about it on forums, it wasn’t possible. If it is possible, then it’s great news!

@Nissim what are the fees for this and is there any amount limit for withdrawal?
The service is mainly intended for local currency withdrawals, as we support withdrawal in over 50 currencies (to more than 200 countries). In addition we have localized solutions in over 80 countries, which means we’ll actually transfer your funds from a local bank in your country.
The cost per withdrawal is 2%, which includes both the actual transfer and all currency conversion. The limits per withdrawal would be listed on the withdrawal page.
