I had experience with PayPal as well as Skrill. In both cases, the final withdrawal amount in INR (after deducting fees and exchange rates) was less as compared to Payoneer.

So, I always suggest Indian authors to use Payoneer’s Global Bank Transfer service for withdrawing earnings from Envato. Less fees and Fast transfer.

My Bank has no SWIFT / BIC code, but has IFSC Code. How to register Payoneer’s Global Bank Transfer account without SWIFT / BIC code?

@uckhandla – I’m also from Gujarat (Surat).

You should be able to use the bank’s general SWIFT code, however I would suggest contacting the bank and asking them which information to provide in this case.

If you choose the Payoneer Global Bank Transfer Service, we charge $3.00 for each transfer to your bank account in your local currency (in this case INR). We convert funds from USD to INR using rates of up to 2.75% above the official mid-market rate at the time of transfer. You can estimate mid-market rates using websites such as XE.com.

Sorry to hijack this thread but it is the only way I found to reach out Nissim from Payoneer. Nissim, I am a payoneer client for over 5 years under 2CO, Prosperent, among other service providers. Around a MONTH ago, I tried loading my payoneer card using a credit card but the load failed as it wasn’t approved by payoneer security team (no reason given). Problem is that payoneer has locked the funds on my credit card, they neither claimed the funds and transferred it into my payoneer card, nor they declined the transaction. Technically what they did is putting a lock/auth on the funds until it expires in 30 days, then it should be released again into my other credit card.

I emailed payoneer customer service twice, the first time was 3 weeks ago asking to manually release the lock/auth so the funds become available again in my credit card, and I got NO response. The second time was a few days ago repeating the very same request, specially that it has been nearly a month since the whole thing took place, again NO response.

I would like to inform you that this is the normal behavior of your company customer service. I have a dozen of clients who are payoneer account holders and whenever they face any troubles like I do they head to customer service and get NO response. I have never experienced such customer service from any company in the world in my whole lifetime. Any issue/trouble I have had in the past was only solved when I contacted you in person or contacted another rep that unfortunately I don’t recall his name.

I have PMed you my account details among other details you might find useful in order to solve this. And please, for God sake, enhance your customer support. It is very inconvenient to have a couple of support tickets that are weeks old un-answered not even with a canned response!

It’s very possible that the card company does not have a compatible service to acknowledge this automated cancellation, and need to remove the charge on their end.

Of course we would still do our best to provide the best support possible, and follow up on the charge to make sure it is not delayed or pending on our end.

If you had a less than satisfactory experience, I sincerely apologize. I’d like to escalate this to a customer support supervisor and have the issue resolved as soon as possible – please get in touch with me via direct e-mail nissimal@payoneer.com

First action I took was contacting the credit card company that ensured me that the lock was NOT removed by Payoneer, neither the funds were claimed, so the only option is for Payoneer to remove the lock/auth manually or to wait for 30 days so it is removed automatically.
