I love Payoneer. Everything about it. But today when a client tried to load me the money this happened:

Rejected By The Bank/Credit Card Company

Did this happen to anybody?

isn’t this a problem on the client side? maybe his card have some problems.

also, some clients who don’t want to pay may give you this reason.

^ I agree, also only when there is no funds on bank account this happened. Personal experience, no other valid reason.

When a loader attempts to make a payment to your card (using our Private Load Service), their card company needs to authorize the charge by Payoneer. This error means that they did not; in other words they rejected Payoneer’s attempt to charge the card.

This can happen for a few reasons:

- Insufficient funds on the card
- Incorrect information given (Card number, expiration, CVV , billing address, phone number, etc)
- The charge is outside the cardholder’s standard purchase pattern, and for security reasons their card company requires that they contact them to confirm it’s not fraudulent

Unfortunately there would be nothing Payoneer can do to resolve this; it’s something the loader needs to resolve with their card company.

I connected my Payoneer card with PayPal account and verified it, but each time I try sending money to someone, I get message that the card is rejected. I am sure I have more than enough money, and also this is not m first time using PayPal.
