ATM limit per day is about $1200 in my city (Riga). I withdraw $1212.xx without any problems

From payoneer FAQ :

What are the load limits and spending limits on the card? This card allows a total limit of $10,000. A daily spending limit is set at $5,000. Daily cash withdrawal limit, both at ATM and bank teller, is set to $2,500. Example: After making a $1,500 cash withdrawal, the card can be used for a POS purchase of up to $2,500 within the same day. Notes:

Local ATM networks may impose lower withdrawal limits than the limits stated above.

I registered since about 3 months and not recieved till now , they asked me to send it again and it’s now about 35 days, i don’t know if this normal although they said that it take from 15 to 25 days.

I opened my Payoneer account and requested a card on the 20/10/2010. It was taking it’s sweet time to arrive at my door so i e-mailed support and they had this to say:

“For international delivery, the card may take up to 15-25 business days to arrive, depending on local mail service. The card is shipped in a white envelope with the return address of Payoneer, Inc.”

Surely enough the card arrived in all it’s sparkling glory about a week ago – 21/11/2010

In my support e-mail I had also asked about different delivery options and this was their response:

If you would like a new card to be shipped via DHL , the shipping fee for the DHL service is $85 (4-7 business days).

So basically if you don’t have the patience to wait about a month to receive your card then you can always fork out $85 and have it shipped with DHL . I say just hang in there and it’s bound to arrive sooner or later.

Once it arrives you need to login to your Payoneer account and click on the “Activate Your Card” link. It then asks you to enter your card number XXXX -XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and a 4 digit pin code of your choice twice, that’s it.

I’ve requested a payout of all my envato funds at the end of this month so i should have access to those by the 15th of Dec i assume, give or take a day or two.

The ATM withdrawal limit is $2,500/day and can be used at any ATM where MasterCard is displayed.
