Payoneer's Card to Card transfers - How To?

Hey Nissim,

A while back we asked about the card to card transfer facility on Payoneer and you said that its free and available for use as long as this option has been enabled by the affiliate, which in this case is Envato.

Since then we have been in touch with Envato about this issue, but they don’t seem to be clear on how to enable this option, because we received a reply saying that it was already enabled but they weren’t sure. However we still do not get any such option under the “tools” menu in our account, where you mentioned it would be.

Can you please explain what Envato needs to do exactly, where this option will be in their account and what we will then see in our account options once this has been successfully enabled.

ps. To others reading, we are interested in this option because it offers a convenient way to split the earnings on a joint account, and so would be useful to many authors here.

If you log in to your Payoneer account, the option to transfer to another Payoneer card is under the ‘Tools’ menu.

You can select the card that you want to transfer to, by putting in the card number or by putting in the email address associated with the Payoneer card.

Hey!

I can confirm that Envato does indeed have the Card to Card transfer service enabled. As mentioned above, the service is available via your online My Account page, under the “Tools” menu.

Please note that both the sending and receiving accounts must have the service enabled, so if the account you are sending funds to is registered under a different partner/affiliate program that does not have the service enabled, you will be unable to utilize the service.

In regards to your question as to how a partner/affiliate activates this service, they need only contact their account managers at Payoneer and request that they enable the service. Once that is done, it normally takes 24 hours or so to go into effect.
