I requested a payout by paypal and still have not received a payment. I contacted support and had no response. Just wondering if I could have this resolved because I need to pay some bills!

You won’t receive a payout until Feb. 15th as per the new payout system. Previously the payout as at the beginning of the month following the requested payout.
I requested it before the 15th though. I requested around the 10th. Is there only a certain period of time in which I can withdraw?

In order to be paid in January, you would need to have made the request before the last day in December which you would have then been paid in the beginning of January (that was before the new system was put in place).
They implemented a new system as of Jan. 15th that requires a two week waiting period before payout. Now, the next payout date is Feb. 15th. All payout requests up to the last day in January will be paid on Feb. 15th. All payout requests up to the last day in Feb. will be paid on March 15th, etc. etc.

You still can withdraw specific amounts from your balance. So technically the old system is still in place. When you get paid is what has changed.

@xmdsys is correct. You’ll receive your payment on February 15th. We were forced to implement this new system because of the EXTREMELY high volume.
