I tried to find out the technical reasons why PayPal and RBI weren’t getting along, but it’s not available. Most blogs simply repeat the same news with a few added rants.

already got an email yesterday :( and check out the monthly limit for money withdrawal using cheque for most users its around 600$ ....

No i don’t know, but previously when paypal stopped its service temporarily in India it came to know that RBI asked paypal to stop until there legally regularize it.

If paypal can increase the monthly withdrawal limit for cheques to above 1500$ per month, I think I can wait for 30 days else western union money transfer or xoom are other options…
