i know i shouldnt be starting a new thread about this …
BUT
google failed with helping me on this one
when you add funds from your bank account to your paypal , do they take a fee ?
or is it just when sending from an account to another?
cuz i dont want them take a fee twice , one when adding funds and one when sending them …

There’s no fee to add funds to your paypal account from your bank account.
There’s only a fee when receiving funds to a premier or business account.
