I was wondering, in order to get my earnings, what kind of paypal account do i need? would the normal one work? or i need a premiere account ??
Any PayPal account will do. Personal will limit your ingoing and outgoing funds, premier will allow you to receive and send more. As far as getting paid here, I don’t think fees apply.
Before you create an account, see whether there is paypal office in your country or not, if there isn’t an office, then you won’t receive money from others.
thanks to both of you =) appreciate it
Following on from this question,
Does anyone know if there’s a threshold in which paypal takes a fee to transfer money?
I normally withdraw everytime my envato account hits $250, but now i’m saving my money in Envato and I currently have £253 … if transferring funds over $500 or $1000, will Paypal take a cut?
I’m based in UK and have just a standard basic paypal acocunt
I seem to want to think that no fees will be taken out since we are receiving payment from a commercial source and not just another user..but I could be wrong. I don’t think fees apply for amounts as low as $1000 or anything though.
Did they take a cut with $250?
Did they take a cut with $250?
dunno yet – i always draw out when it gets to $100 usually. But i don’t know if they wil take a cut if i leave my money till say, $500 or $1000 or even $5000 – will payapl have some of this money? or should i draw in smaller portions?
I’m pretty sure that if anyone pays a fee, it is Envato. I don’t believe that we will ever have to pay a fee simply because it’s like payroll—the money you earned is deservedly yours and you should receive all of it.
maybe in USA
