slider of the theme does not work – I wrote this to the author, also there is not gallery category section in theme but there is in original theme, I am trying to get help from population2 for 3 days

Don’t want to sound bad, but I can see that the theme you mentioned has 1000+ sales, and 5 star rating.
I am pretty sure that the slider works fine
Try to see if you don’t have some javascript plugins code that can break the functionality of the slider. Just a small suggestion.
Also as an author, I can tell you when we have some busy days, we might be late with answering emails more than 3 days, because this how things are. We are not full companies with 10+ support stuff….support is optional here. And I think the fact that authors are willing to provide free support it’s a wonderfull thing and must be considered a bonus.
