Photo Contest Theme?

Do any of the authors, or anyone else have any suggestion as to which of the themes here, of the photo-gallery type, be well suited for re-purposing as a photo contest?

Our town is having a photo contest and would like to allow contestants the ability to upload their photos.

My thought is that one of these themes could allow for this. Contestant would need to register as a user. ‘registered’ users would have ‘submission’ permission, moderated of course by the contest panel.

Does this sound feasible?
