hey guys,

I’ve recently seen some projects using the preview of some photodune items without linking to them in the description. only reference is “images from photodune.net”.

Is that allowed? Would make things easier cause I’m working on a project with hundreds of images.

I think that if you just notice the author will be fine.

Stick to 1 author images in the project, So that you do not need to give a link for all 100+ items, in that case giving link to author profile page is sufficient, I personally believe the customers very rarely purchase the images you have used, 99.99% customers tend to use their own videos/images, but when it comes to audio it is different, lots of i customers tend to use the same audio.

hello,

do you get these pictures for free when using them for project preview?

you can download the watermarked preview at photodune – just as you download every image. right click and save pic as. you are allowed to use it in your preview for other marketplace items, but not more. also, attribution is required.

I was just wondering if a link to the authors portfolio is enough when I’ve used several photos by him. I also think that almost nobody is interested in the pics we use for preview cause they are using their own.

It is just kind of unmanageable when I’m slowly picking up a little library of good looking photodune pics I may want to use in future item previews, if I have to find the link to everyone of them again.

As Strokevorkz said, I’m going to stick to 1-2 authors and credit them in the description. I hope everyone is happy with that.
