Just out of curiosity, who is the PHP Reviewer? I’m trying to figure out their time zone so I know kinda when I have to upload it for it to get reviewed on the same day

PHP Reviewer is JimmyP and is based out of Hampton, UK (via profile info). However, you might be better off contacting the reviewer and asking when reviewing is usually done.
I’m in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and it’s 1:50 AM here and I’ve just finished reviewing some other types of submissions so time zones can sometimes make little difference.
