I’ve got a question in regards to photographs. How it works if I have model release signed but I didn’t make picture but I’m receiving them from model?
Do I need to obtain any different documents, for example from photographer who took that pictures?
I did search but I can’t find any proper answer.

Hi,
yes, you need the author’s permission and the model release. The model doesn’t own the rights of the photos.
