But it has always been annoying when they rated 1 star because they don’t know to how do and it’s not the theme’s problem…
I just recently got this. (and I have a lot more because of this kind of reason.)
We clearly have a video tutorial to teach how to set as demo site. It’s in both document we provided and also in item page…
All we need is only the way to contact them back to point the right direction.

Yes and both buyers and sellers should also have a “report abuse” button in the review comment section
I also have a lot of messages as “The theme is not working, the section is not working, the slider is not working”. Users are not reading the docs file and start panic. In docs is described step by step.
