I think keeping the PSD version is a good choice because after all, the category is PSD Templates. By removing the PSDs you are removing designs and emptying out the category and therefore turning some PSD searching buyers away. Personally if I want a PSD I would much rather spend $6 for it, then $10 for the Coded version + PSD , some people don’t want the coded version.
As long as the PSD category exists I will keep adding PSDs and if I decide to code one of them it shouldn’t affect anyone else. It is money after all, and it has nothing to do with fair play, this isn’t a hobby site, people come here to make money.

If You design for PSD category then You design for PSD category, if You design and code for Site templates then You design and code for site templates. You keep those two separate.
I agree it’s about money and all this stuff, it’s just that the system is so created that it effects others if You have one file in two or more categories.
Why don’t we just hide the files? Then the problems of downloading the PSD ’s again, won’t be an issue.

I think the recent PSD tabs is a great idea.
I don’t agree with keeping things seperate, that would mean that once you make an HTML template and decide to turn it into a wordpress you’d have to delete the HTML version, that’s just losing money.
Sorry Segen, as much as I like you I won’t be doing that anytime soon =)

(I am french so sorry for my bad english)
I am totally against the idea of deleting PSDs.
PSDs section have his own market. This is a buisness here and you should be focusing on your exposure. Do you think CocaCola say : Oh that is way to much exposure , we are gonna let Pepsi take our place , they deserve it. This is nonsense.
Here is a scenario : Someone come here just to get some inspiration for his own site. He doesnt go to HTML section because he just want to see design.
He see your design in PSD and love it so much that he want it , but he want it coded , he buy your HTML version. +1 sale for you.
The market is hard , you have to get all your chances on your side.
That was my 2 cent
