Please Review my First template

Before 3 days i submitted my first template (1st design http://i.imgur.com/Y82O4.png) and it got rejected… Now i completely redesigned my template (2nd design http://i.imgur.com/stz7E.jpg)... I am very new to themeforest so i don’t know much about reviewing process… so please give some comments about my new design…

The concept is not bad but you should work with color, it’s very ugly (sorry!). Also your design make me anoying with many text.

I like the lay-out, but the appearance looks 90s, unattractive colors ec. the green is even kind of aggressive. Also I would choose modern fonts etc. Again, the layout itself is OK, it just need some ‘maturing’.
