I’m often here with my iPad and would like to watch videos on it too.

Hope Envato get rid of the Flash player soon :)

Hi revaxarts!

We actually just talked about this at a staff meeting yesterday, we definitely want to make the videos on all of our sites more accessible to those without Flash. No guarantees or timelines, but this is something we are definitely looking into and wanting to do at some point :)

Yes,this my my feature request nÂș1 to, and honestly I will tell you that I can’t understand why it takes so long to implement this.

I know you guys are working on it and I remember when VH starts they try to accept mp4, but then went back to flv.(3 years ago +/-)

And one think, is not only because the video can be played on Apple devices it s about sales.
(or Apple store doesn’t sale?) It append to me to be in a friends metting where we could buy some stock footage if … videos appears on theyr Ipad.

You guys should have un app for Iphone,Ipad and Android.Simple like that

It s about marketing strategies, you want your products visible everywhere,no restrictions.

Look at Vimeo, what we are missing to reach this standard :Money? technologies?Devs ? naaaa…

How the number one site on the planet for AE templates and motion graphic can’t be visible on non flash device?
I really can t understand the HQ strategie for this one.

For sure I miss some internal and technical info why this hasn’t been implemented yet.

Fot the moment i will wait the some point time :) and will
thank you guys at Envato for the hard work you did during those years,

Thanks !

Sincerely,
Arthur

Great news Drew, I’m looking forward on that!

of course I’d prefer if the “non flash” device makers (who I’ll never buy products from) would instead just upgrade/change their #$!@ os’s to allow flash instead of censoring/disallowing it… but that’s another issue

why not asking apple to enable flash on ipad instead of asking envato to remove flash?

I’m joking, :)

but seriously, supporting a company and a product that limits your navigation on Internet with no valid reason is a bad thing to do.

I don’t like to start a discussion about Flash and iOS rather to bump this 8 month old thread. Fact is my iPad will never support Flash and HTML5 should be the way to go :)
