I worked for 3 months for this file [link edited by staff]. My file was passive for about 20 days (DCMA). Now active again, but too far behind in the list. The support team does not respond to my questions. Constantly give different answers. I am seeing in support.envato “24/7 professional support team.” are you kidding me? I am getting a badly answer 3 days later… I am waiting 3 days for no any solution. I think staff is reading another message before answer my message? Because the answer is not relevant about my question.
