I noticed that most of the weekly featured files have very poor sales – and those who do well did so even before they got featured. makes me think about the importance of the box on the frontpage… couldn’t we change it so it shows old files instead? (to give them a bit more exposure)

what are your thought?...

Agree. It would nice if the items scrolls automatically.

I agree with both of you. Older files – yes. Auto scroll – yes. And how about updating it weekly?

There are a few threads about the weekly features now. It does seem to be a bit misused.

Showcasing older files is a good idea, but showcasing newer items leaves the frontpage constantly revamped; and even for passive viewers, they can just glance at the new items, then move on.

Although i can see what you mean, just randomly display the older items so they get as much exposure as the new items…. hmmm could be something to consider i suppose.
