Portfolio design, do you think it can be accept if coded ?

Hello, this is my Portfolio design, it’s rejected in PSD and I was not surprised. However, do you think it can be accepted if coded in HTML5 /CSS3 or WordPress ?

Hello, which one did you submit Screeny or Enron? I think Screeny has good chances, but impossible to say, you know. Try to code it either and submit, as for me I like it a lot, just text is too dark, maybe choose a little bit lighter shade of grey.
