Portfolio/Gallery Page with jFlow and Lightbox.

Hi there,

I am new to this post, but I am very interested in using the Portfolio/Gallery page with Jflow and Lightbox on a couple of my wordpress sites in addition to theme 82048 (http://themeforest.net/item/photography-and-portfolio-wordpress-theme/82048).

Any ideas where I can get those again, so I can install them as plugins to my other themes?
