It would make our lives so much easier not only during vacations, but during regular work days as well because so many of us provide support via a third-party service or forum, and we still have customers posting support inquiries in the comments section on a daily basis. Providing an auto-reply to those people would save us so much time.

It’s really tiring and frustrating having to point so many customers to the support forum. I can imagine this being frustrating for customers as well because they need to wait longer to get a response to their questions.

OK I will wait till the author is back (1%) No, I will browse further through 1000s of other beautiful themes and let this guy miss on a sale just because he is on vacation.(99%)
