Im building a site, on frame 2 is the full site, on frame one is just a loader and a background gradient.

The loader doesnt appear until about 90%... is there any way i can get it to show sooner?

its not a massive issue but im creating quite a nifty loader which animates depending on the percentage but it starts at 90% so it doesnt look good at all.

Help appreciated.

create new swf with preloader only.
Then you don’t need 2 frames in main .fla

it shouldn’t do that, unless you’re using attach movieclip from library in your code so it will export them on frame 1 and probably why it only shows the preloader at 90% cos it’s also loading all those clips.

Export classes in Frame 2 instead of Frame 1

But as djankey said, creating a separated file to load the main site is more intuitive
