I remember seeing another similar thread, but still. Why can’t we update the preview image of one of our items without having to go through the review process? It doesn’t make any sense. Couldn’t this be fixed so that we can change thumbnails or preview images with just one click?

I haven’t done this for a while, but not so long ago you could definitely update the thumbnails without getting in the queue, just update the thumb only and it will change instantly…can’t remember about preview image but I’d assume it’s the same, does it not work anymore?

I’m sitting in the update queue for days now. I wish it would be faster, it takes the same time as for new submitted items…

Yeah I remember that too. You were still supposed to hit the “Send files for review” button, btu it did chane instantly. Now it doesn’t.

Actually I don’t really care about the queue, they can take their time.
What bothers me is that I have to deliver the updates myself. People want everything cheap and immediately nowadays.
I’ll have to do better bugfixing next time and avoid updates completely.

The same problem here, I update the preview thumb only, but it doesn’t take effect. I update the preview package, and the update queue doesn’t appear to me in the dashboard page… a little puzzling.

Yeah and I don’t get it, Why did they take out the automatic updating on the thumb and preview image? It was really awsome.

We do that too
What bothers me personally is that I have to host the preview until it gets updated, and nor my server or Jack’s server is stron enough for high traffic, and users have to sit and wait more for loading

Whenever I changed a preview image it was instantly approved. Maybe this changed? :/
