Preview Issues for some Items

Hi guys, There have been a few issues with VH previews recently, these issues have been resolved in the last day. However, if your items are still not previewing correctly, please check that you have entered the resolution of the item in ‘Item Edit’. The resolution needs to be entered in order for the preview to work properly. Our reviewers have already been given a list of items affected and will be fixing them today. If you notice any issues with your previews,

you can fix them by: Going to your item> Edit item> enter the correct preview resolution and save the details> check video preview is working correctly.

Thanks for info, but your fix is not working
Even if resolution is correct, after resave an item, preview is not working.
I noticed that old items without preview image are more problematic, there is no way to play the preview.
Some projects with preview images are also problematic but there is a way to play preview: click with middle mouse button (or right click / open link in new tab) on “Video Preview” button below the preview image, and preview will works 100% in new tab.

That way it not solution of course, but it’s maybe useful information for devs to locate what is the problem.
Hope it will be fixed soon.
(windows 7, google chrome the newest version)

Edit: I just noticed new features in the preview player. It’s really not required IMO , there are already social share options below the numbers of purchases and comments.
Maybe better to switch back to old player, and to upgrade it when devs are sure that it works perfect.

No changes here, previews are not correct, try through Edit Item, no changes…

There is that issue in my previews too. Resolution is ok, but still they are not working. There is that ”#video-container” at the end of my item’s url when I try to play it. And the “video preview” button is link back to same page.
