Looks really good so far. Here are a few recommendations:
1) You might use a smaller heading tag for our services so that the welcome section is emphasized. This will help eye flow.
2) The content area feels off balance because the sidebar extends outside the main container. To offset this, just move the main content on the left closer to the left of the main container. That should help balance it out a little better.

Very nice work, I like the look and style of this theme. Just curious, where did you get the icons from? I have been looking for some free properly licensed icons for my theme but have yet to find very many.

“you are not allowed to sell or redistribute the icons without author’s and Smashing Magazine’s permission”
Does that mean we are not allowed to package them with our themes? Kinda confused about that part.

@dotsona As fas as I know: “You can use the icons for private and commercial projects, blogs and web-sites for free, without any restrictions whatsoever.”
But you cannot include the package of the icon set and/or sell it. And it’s also a good practice to include the link to the article in smashing magazine, where the icon set is described.

As YA said, you can’t include the package of icons with your theme or template but you can use them in your template design if that is permitted in the license. As YA also said, you should include a link to the source article of the icons and credit the author and website.
