Looks like there is no price increment in GraphicRiver > Add-ons section! I thought that section deserves increment for many years! :D The fun fact is, the dead ActiveDen items got price increment of $1, $2 etc. :D
+1 – seems they care only about majority income (TF) and not the minority one (GR). As You said add-ons deserve a price increase while they have disabled extended licence on it.

+1 Is it possible to know the reason why PS addons are valued on average 4$? it’s too cheap considering the effort spent on them.

I had a background pack valued at 7$ when it was published, i was surprised when i saw it, compared to an addon i’ve really spent few effort on that, made it while traveling and without planning too much, mostly for fun. Considering the type of work and that the background section doesn’t sell good i asked for a price change to 5$.

I wouldn’t have any problem selling a PS addon at 8$, bacause personally if i see a Tool that can optimize my work at that price, i won’t think twice. Not asking to really double it but maybe 1-2 $ more? or even 10 cents just to raise moral? :D I really tought that also this section had some changes when i saw the title of this thread.

Envato earn allot of money from that vectors flood in GR that’s why they increase the prices only on vectors. 129817 Items (only vectors) x 1.5 dollars minimum = around $200k (for GR not I didn’t mention all other categories). So as you see GR is not so cheap and I don’t understand why they not create a new marketplace just for vectors. GR now is way too overcrowded.

What are you guys excited about? As a customer im telling you i will not be using this marketplace once I spend the credit I have here! If you that genuine and care about your developers maybe you should take less percentage of them rather than just increase the prices just like that!

Prices have to move with inflation, notice how a chocolate bar costs more today than it did 5 years ago?

Look at this realistically, the average price increase was $3, this helps create a more sustainable environment for authors to provide products and support.

It’s hardly a sickening, outrageous price jump, and still the products are 100x below their true development worth.

Try to look at it objectively.

True that but a little heads up would have been good. Its the concept that gets me. Plus they do need to pay the developers more for their work yes!
