Please do not blow this up. More themes with lower prices. DO NOT MAKE BIG PRICE DIFFERENCES SO LOWER QUALITY THEMES WILL GET MORE SALES BECAUSE OF THE PRICE ! Maybe this is the plan with the quality drops in themes? Please be more open about how the price will work. We should know this.

I provide suggestions, but not making decision. They have the bigger picture and stats, so they know the best :)

I agree also with duotive, hopefully this will not be happening. I can imagine a lot of sellers (including me) would not be happy about this sort of change.

Just want to clarify. You want to make a wider range of prices by accepting really ugly themes and really nice ones? I mean let’s say current range for html templates $10 – $18. You want to keep $10 as a minimum and set maximum $30 (example), but set the price depending on the quality?

I hope there won’t be a big price range difference. If there isn’t then price won’t be much of a factor when choosing a theme. If price isn’t a factor, then there would be no risk in increasing all theme prices (even substantially), just as long as it’s still competitive with other theme sites.

^ Do lower prices really equal higher sales on ThemeForest? Something tells me that the benefit of a lower price would be offset by astute buyers knowing that lower-prices equal lower quality.

To put an end to speculative guesses and price decreases (jeeez!): envato, ANY NEWS ?

Edit: Price decreases would be a total turn off for anybody. If any of my items would go down in price, let’s say because it’s not responsive or fake responsive or so, I’d seriously have to rethink my business.
