I’ve tried twice to purchase a theme, yesterday morning and this morning. However, I’m not able to access to the theme I purchased.
After I made a purchase yesterday by using paypal, I didn’t receive a confirmation email from paypal that was unusual, but I saw the order summary saying; “Purchase item Kauri – responsive theme for WP e-Commerce from user aligatorstudio on ThemeForest. You’ll be able to see your order details before you pay.” I logged into my account to download the theme, but there is no item in download file in my account. I’ve created a support thicket ID with you: WJJ-232-10586. No response!
I called paypal last night and this morning. They said that they got an authorization number, but haven’t received the funds. They suggested that I should try the same purchase again. Since I see this purchase in my credit card account, I called my credit card company. They said that they didn’t get an authorization request. It seems that this purchase was not completed.
(Please note that I made a different purchase with another company via Paypal this morning, and didn’t have any problem.)
Following Paypal’s suggestion, I tried again this morning to purchase the theme. The result is the same. I received the same order summary, no confirmation email from Paypal, and no access to the theme.
Since I haven’t received any response from you, I don’t know what the problem is. Can you please tell me how to complete the purchase of the theme.
