Ahoy everyone. I uploaded a new logo item, and it’s been soft rejected because the reviewer said I should include EPS 10 format. Does that mean Illustrator version 10 EPS ? I tried saving it as that legacy format, but the text becomes uneditable. Have I got the wrong idea? I’ve submitted other logo items before and not been asked for this. They were made in CS4 , but I did the new one in CS6 .
Cheers!

Thanks, that helped a bit. I just uploaded the file with CS version instead and it got accepted.

Yep, sometimes they ask, sometimes your logo get approved right away.
I always upload CS files (EPS and AI) and not EPS 10 .

Cool thanks for the information. I think my other logos have CS4 files, but hey if there was a problem I would have heard from the buyer.

Probably not, but to be sure: update your item with CS files
