Lately i noticed when i’m looking into a monitor my eyes start to feel like they’re dry and due to that blinking is increased to make them a bit wet but it doesn’t help after a second after blinking they feel dry again.

It’s kind of hard to keep looking at a monitor when you’re eyes are “burning” all the time.

Anybody had this problem?

haha …phobia is when you’re scared of something :) I’m not scared of looking at the screen for too long :)

I do take breaks but it’s still there, maybe 2-3 days break from the computer and tv could help out.

@evaske – Friday night (wasted from alcohol). :)

Tried dunking your head in cold water? Or putting some eyedrops in? I always do these when my contacts dry my eyes out a lot.
