Problem with eyes when looking at a monitor

Do you use a laptop or a PC with a monitor. I used to work for an HSEQ department in the UK. You should take a 5 minute break away from a monitor every hour to comply with HSE in the UK. Not many people do, I certainly don’t.

Get yourself some screen-protected glasses. I use them and I got rid of my headaches. My eyes are feeling better as well.
