(Locked) problem with us payment services Payoneer

Hi, I am an envato member from the audiojungle community. I’ve sent a request to have the us payment services provided by payoneer and i have also sent the requested documents screenshots but still don’t have an answer sine January 06 2013 my code for this correspondence is ( LTK12129070615832X ). Thanks for your Help.

Hi mouhybm, I believe your ticket ID ( LTK12129070615832X ) is from Payoneer’s Customer Support, not Envato. I suggest you try posting here – in this forum as well.

Either way, don’t worry, I’m sure Nissim, Payoneer’s Community Manager will provide some feedback to this thread, and your ticket, as soon as he sees it. Good luck.

I have forwarded your ticket number. Please have a little more patience. L.E: it turns out no ticket has been opened with our support systems, hence as DzincStudio said, it’s from Payoneer.

In the meanwhile, you can open a support ticket with Envato support and ask for help (while also mentioning what the actual issue is) at http://support.envato.com
