Problem working with 'zrssfeed'

I want to show all new items from themeforest in my blog from Rss Reader ‘jquery.zrssfeed.js’ . i have a themeforest feed address. but
In the zrssfeed, “items thumbnail not show”
I can’t to add ”?ref=username” to links

If anyone can repair this code ?
