I was approved to upload to PhotoDune but my old user name/account and my new user name account have been combined. Yet my new account does NOT list that I am a beta tester and that I’ve been approved to upload.
My old account says that my account has been locked out and I can’t login anymore using it.
Been more than a day with emails going back and forth between support and myself and issue is not solved.
Could someone help me plz?

You’re best bet would be to write to support. They should be able to assist you with your problem.
