Something is wrong with network sites.

I’ve been a member for quite some time and have never had problems depositing money into my account. Yesterday I deposited $80. Paypal has processed and completed the payment but it is not showing in my account. There has been no response from support other than the automated message.

The other issue is that I purchased music from AudioJungle for a private, demo video on YouTube and I received a copyright complaint from YouTube. When trying to access AudioJungle to give the link, I found that AudioJungle was temporarily down, but it appears to be working now. The main question is whether there is some kind of verification by Envato to make sure that sales items are copyright compliant.

This is getting to be frustrating. Ticket ID is #WSW-511-56594. A receipt for payment was sent with my original support request. Two days have gone by and I really need to be able to purchase some things here.

I am very hesitant to deposit more money if you can’t take care of the last transaction.

Please help. Thank you.
