As a warning to all members. I just attempted to submit a payment for a template on this site, was charged 3 times and never given the file. I’ve tried submitting a ticket a total of 5 times without success. I’d be cautious if you are thinking about buying something today. There seems to be some major work being done on the back end no way to notify anyone of the issue.
I purchased a theme and I have no file in my download area, tells me: Waiting for payment confirmation …
Payment has been paid correctly.

Once everything is back up and running, you can open a Support ticket and they’ll look after it.
