Hello,

I have submitted my first WordPress theme about 4 days ago and the progress bar was showing progress up until about 24 hours ago when it simply disappeared from my Author Dashboard. However, I did not receive any email with a rejection or any notification at all. I just wanted to ask if this has happened to anyone before?

I’m not sure if I should re-submit or what my course of action should be?

Thank you.

Ah, yes. The spam folder was hidden so I figured it was empty, thank you :)

Glad it’s sorted. Otherwise, if you don’t have a message even within your Spam folder, be sure to open a ticket with support here to get it sorted : http://support.envato.com

Thanks.

Now that it’s fixed, locking this one up.
