You could, but of course, you couldn’t include the font within the actual download. You’d have to reference where the font could be purchased from in your help file, and if possible it would be smart to also provide a link to a freely available font that is similar. Just so that if buyers are on a budget, they could achieve the same look of your project without having to shell out for the font as well.
