psd processes?

Would anyone be will to share your process on how you start a new website design for a psd?

Usually I tend to have a layout in my head. Then I use my moleskin to sketch out the idea roughly, in other words wireframe. Later I gather any images I might be using for ie: icons and such things like that. Then I begin my design on the computer

i’m working on my wireframe now in photoshop the hardest part for me is going from that to the design because I change my mind all the time. lol
