Your template has a good start, but as you may already know PSD category is so strict when it comes to designing quality and aesthetics, you should really sweat and polish every little detail in order to get a pixel perfect design, also your design have alignment issues, consider basing your layouts into 960 grid system (http://960.gs) in your upcoming designs.
