PSD to Html/Css conversion

Hello ‘Psd to Html’ experts,

I need a quick work for converting PSD to HTML /CSS files.
It’s a 2 page work, JPG samples: page 1 and page 2.
Obviously, the PSD file will be provided. No programming is required only plain clean HTML /CSS.

*Very important to mention, I don’t need the inner chart graphics, that will be done by the client using these flash component.
A ‘login’ page is already done (with HTML /CSS), you can see the example in here.

I need that urgent (actually ASAP ), so I’m willing to pay extra for that!
