DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of extensive experience with XHTML / CSS / PHP – more is preferable
• Fluent in English – available for occasional Skype calls
• Fluent with up-to-date coding standards and cross-browser support (IE 7/8, Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
• Ability to convert Photoshop PSD files into optimized CSS /HTML markup quickly and accurately
• Fluent in PHP and best practices for PHP development
• Fluent working inside WordPress
• Thorough knowledge of WordPress Theme structure and development, familiarity with new features in WP3 .0 such as nav menus, post thumbnails and (added bonus) custom post types
• Ability to write clean, commented & semantic markup
• Pixel-perfect attention to details
• Familiar with emerging CSS3 practices
