Yeah, contact support, but do also try FireFox or Google Chrome if you’re still on Internet Explorer. The big blue E seems to have some issues since the redesign. Not that there wasn’t enough of a reason to make the change before it, thoughAaah, thats why a lot of peoples sales dropped, no wonder!
Sales dropped due to the license system and the redesign IMO . Firefox has as many issues as IE
